TERMS AND CONDITIONS


In these conditions "The Company" means 'Impression Perfection', and "The Customer" means the persons, firm or company purchasing goods and/or accepting services from the Company under the Contract between the Company and the Customer.

COPYRIGHT
Copyright is retained by the artist when you buy their work. Any reproductions, except for archive reasons (recording for insurance purposes, for example) is a breach of copyright law. Please contact us if you are unsure and we will consult the artist.

RETURNS POLICY
All artwork is unique, fragile and easily damaged so please treat it with care. If you decide that you simply donít like something, you may return the artwork within seven days of the sale in pristine condition and you will receive a credit note for the value of the print or canvas (The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage). If there is a genuine fault in the preparation of the print, please contact us in the first instance and a replacement can be arranged. If you require additional information, apply in writing to Impression Perfection, Unit 35 Derwent Business Centre, Clarke Street, Derby DE1 2BU.

DAMAGES
Full refunds will be made by Impression Perfection for items lost or damaged in transit. You should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 1 day of the item arriving in damaged condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
