How long does delivery take?
Prints take between 2 - 4 working days and stretched canvas pictures 7 - 14 days. Deliveries are made at any time between 9am - 5.30pm, if you are not in during the day it may be easier to give your work address when making your order.

Can the colour of images be altered to match my interior?
Yes, if you have a specific colour hue you wish your image to appear in. Make your order and let us know the colour you have in mind and we will then send you an online proof.

Do you produce images in any other sizes?
Images can be produced at any size or ratio, not just those shown, if you have a specific size use our contact form and we will send you a price.

Can you print my images?
At present, we do not handle your images, but a service may be available in the future.

Are the colours I see on screen the same as the final print?
The colour of images cannot be guaranteed as individual monitor settings can vary.

How do I care for my canvas or print?
Do not expose your prints to continuous strong sunlight or moisture, clean the canvas lightly with the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner and the life of paper prints will be increase if they are displayed behind glass.

What are cookies?
A 'cookie' is a small file held on your computer holding information about the items you have added to your shopping cart, so that if you leave the cart and continue shopping you can return later to make the purchase. No personal information about you or your computer are held.

Is the website secure?
All payments are handled by PayPal Payments Pro secure server, at no time do we see your credit/debit card details.

VISA, Mastercard, Delta and Switch are accepted.

Which of my personal details do you have?
The only information we hold about you is your name and delivery address, this information can be deleted if you wish and will not ever be passed on to any third party.

Can an order be sent to a different address?
Orders can be sent to different addresses, just tap in the details when making your order.
